Civil Military Liaison Conference held
Thiruvananthapuram 01-08-2011: The dependents of soldiers who died while in action will be given job, said CM. Steps would be initiated in this regard soon. He was inaugurating the Civil Military Liaison Conference at government guest house here.
Jobs have already been granted to 33 persons and the rest who are eligible will be considered without delay. CM said that the service rendered by the military personals during the time of Thekady and Kumarakom tragedy was indeed praiseworthy.
Chief Secretary Mr Prabhakaran, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) K Jayakumar, Southern Army Commander Lt Gen A. K Singh and DGP Jacob Punnoose were also present.
