Attappady : Suzlon will share profit
Thiruvananthapuram 24-08-2011: The high level meeting convened by Chief Minister of Kerala, decided not to evict wind energy Company, Suzlon. The Government, in principle, approved a scheme whereby the tribesmen will get share of profits from power generation. Chief Minister also informed that a package is being prepared in this regard. The package will surely protect the interests of the tribesmen at Attappady.
