Alappuzha 22-12-2011: CM while inaugurating the Mass Contact Programme here said that not even a single application should go unheard. Follow up action will be initiated for Mass Contact Programmes and for this social audit will be carried out to ensure that genuine grievances of people are redresses, said CM.
Though all the grievances of people cannot be redresses maximum effort will be taken to resolve the problems of people, said CM. He also congratulated the officials for rendering all their support and help.
After the conclusion of Mass Contact Programmes in all the districts discussions will be held as how to avail maximum benefits to people, said CM. Those suggestions and opinions acceptable will be implemented.
CM said that the officials alone cannot be blamed. Only if several administrative reforms are implemented can the people get their deserved benefits.
CM first attended the physically challenged persons. CM said that all the eligible persons with disability will be given motorized three wheelers.
