Travancore Rayons: Project report to be submitted

Thiruvananthapuram 27-12-2011: The meeting convened by CM has decided to prepare a report to start a new industry by taking up the land of Perumbavoor Travancore Rayons.

CM has instructed the officials of Rayons Ltd to disburse the pending allowances of workers. For this an estimated Rs 43 crores are necessary.

The land will be taken up by State Industrial Development Corporation and will be handed over to a new company.

Minister P K Kunhalikutty, MLA Saju M Paul and Industries department Special Secretary K S Sreenivas were present.
