Project to resolve water logging in the city
Thiruvananthapuram 17-01-2012: A detailed project would be made to resolve the issue of water logging in Trivandrum city. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by CM to discuss the same.
After placing the project before cabinet and getting sanction, Rs 27 crores will be allotted for implementing the first phase of the project. Rs 98.5 crores will be sanctioned for the second phase. The project will be implemented after getting the study report of RITES.
Ministers PJ Joseph , V S Sivakumar and other officials were present at the meeting.
